Aim of AB "Naujoji Ruta" is to grant every worker conditions for self-realization, improvement of knowledge and skills as well as to provide fair salary and safety at work.

Currently 228 employees including 52 in administration are working in the company. Both the administration and the ordinary staff members feature top qualification that is essential in order the company could meet demands of its business partners and realize their ideas or suggestions.
